We're currently working hard on a feature that will automatically update your records to an existing request directly on the Dot Health platform.
In the meantime, any of your updated personal healthcare information will not be automatically sent to us without your explicit consent. Therefore, if you would like to receive updated information from any of your health care providers, please re-request information after each visit and we will take it from there! You can also try asking your provider for a copy of your medical records following an appointment. Once you have a copy, you can upload it using this secure link and we'll be more than happy to add it to your profile.
Please keep in mind that any additional requests, whether directed to an existing or new provider, require a payment of $69.98 + tax.
