Each record you receive from a provider is displayed for you as a card. The card indicates the record title, provider, original date and a record type. 

The record title will reflect the subject of your distinct record. 

The provider indicates where your records were sent from. If there is a specific physician indicated on your records, this information will also be reflected on your Dot Health record. 

Our system associates every record with a type. Record types allow you to easier toggle throughout your records. Some examples include Clinical Note, Diagnostic Report, or Imaging Study.
