Whether you are contacting the Dot Health Ops Team to get an update on a request, request it as urgent, or make any changes, please make sure to include the following information in your email to ensure the fastest response.

Please include:

  1. Name of the user and institution you are inquiring about

  2. Request ID

  3. All the details of your inquiry
