We understand that some records are needed more urgently than others, and we are here to help. You are able to request an 'urgent' request by directly contacting the Dot Health Ops Team. Requests that are flagged urgent will be prioritized and the Dot Health Ops team will try our best to retrieve them as soon as possible.
Keep in mind that urgent requests may have an additional charge depending on the type and length of the medical record as well as the institution.
Please carefully place a request as urgent - remember, if all requests are urgent, none are urgent!
