The request status will show you where we are in processing the request.
Following is what each request status means!
What It Means
A request has been made by a member
We are waiting on the patient's consent
Patient consent has been received, and your request has been sent to the institution
We have either 1. received an invoice from the hospital, or better
2. received the record and are in progress uploading
Your request has been completed
The request and associated records have been archived and are no longer available to view
There were no eligible records to retrieve
Additional information needed
We need further information to further proceed with the request
When the request is canceled due to the user not giving authorization
