The request status will show you where we are in processing the request.
Following is what each request status means!
Request Status | What It Means |
New | A request has been made by a member |
Awaiting Consent | We are waiting on the patient's consent |
Submitted | Patient consent has been received, and your request has been sent to the institution |
Processing | We have either 1. received an invoice from the hospital, or better 2. received the record and are in progress uploading |
Complete | Your request has been completed |
Archived | The request and associated records have been archived and are no longer available to view |
Unprocessable | There were no eligible records to retrieve |
Additional information needed | We need further information to further proceed with the request |
Canceled | When the request is canceled due to the user not giving authorization |
