When will I get my records?

We’re sorry if you’ve been waiting for your records. We try to turn these around as fast as possible for you!

Health care providers must respond to requests in 30-60 business days. However, sometimes that follow up is simply an invoice, or a fax back to us requesting more information. Other times, we don’t hear back from providers at all.

Your record request is a top priority to us! Our customer support team works diligently to follow-up with your provider several times within a 6-week time period. Please note, that although some requests take a day or two; others may take several weeks. 

Additionally, we know how valuable it is to have your health information in your own hands. We promise to keep you continuously updated on the status of your request, you can track this via our Dot Health app.
