Most records are not automatically updated. Any of your updated personal healthcare information will not be automatically sent to us without your explicit consent. Therefore, if you would like to receive updated information from any of your health care providers, you can simply re-request information after each visit and we will take it from there! You can also try asking your provider for a copy of your medical records following an appointment. Once you have a copy, scan the records and upload them to Dot Health through our secure portal. Once submitted, our team will attach the records to your account. send it our way and we'll be more than happy to add it your profile.

If you connected your Dot Health account to Maple, then your records will automatically sync and upload to your Dot Health account. However, for all other records, you will have to submit a new record request to receive updated information.
