Once you’ve made a request, it will be visible in different areas depending on where you are accessing Dot Health from. If you are accessing Dot Health from a mobile device, tap on the top left icon next to “Welcome back”. Then click on “Requests”. The status of your request will be displayed in yellow text next to the name of institution or physician from which you requested your health information. For more information about the status of your record request, click on the request in question. From there, you can see exactly which step of the process your record request is on.
To view the status of your record on web, login to your account, then click on the "My health providers" tab in the top left of the screen. All the requests you have made to date will appear under this tab and in chronological order. The middle column under each request will display the status of your request.
