For all users who had subscribed to a Plus membership before June 3rd, 2019, your profile will be grandfathered until the end of your subscription cycle. See here for managing subscriptions on Apple devices, and here for Android devices. After your current billing cycle, your Plus subscription will not be renewed.

Rest assured, all of your historically accrued records will remain on your account, and you will still have access to vaccination tracking, doctor's visit notes, chat with Dr. M and your Maple records.

As of June 3rd, Dot Health will be transitioning to a single-tiered membership platform. This means requests will be pay-as-you-go, rather than the former subscription based model. For more information on our new pricing platform, please see our FAQ article on pricing.
