Your health records are yours, so you can do whatever you want with them!

You can download them onto your computer, phone, or share them with those who are part of your circle of care.

To download them onto your computer:

  1. Login to your account through this link: https://my.dothealth.ca/login

  2. Click on the record you’d like to download

  3. On the right, you will see a rectangular box with a pink square in it. Click on the text that says ‘View File’ to the right of the pink square.

  4. On the right side of the screen, you should see 7 circular icons. The very top one is the icon that you will click on to download your medical record. Once downloaded, you can share this record via email or any other method of your choosing with those whom you like.

To download your records on an iPhone device:

  1. Login to the Dot Health mobile app.

  2. Access the medical record of your choosing.

  3. Scroll to the bottom of the screen

  4. The second to last icon should be a rectangular square with a pink square in it. Click on that icon to access the pdf version of your medical records.

  5. Click on the right most icon at the top of the screen. From there select one of the available options to save or share your medical record.

To download your records on an Android device:

  1. Login to the Dot Health mobile app.

  2. Access the medical record of your choosing.

  3. Scroll to the bottom of the screen.

  4. The last icon should have text that says “View PDF”  in it. Click on that icon to access the pdf version of your medical records.

  5. Once in the PDF version of your records, click on the top right text that says “Save”. At this point, you should see a message on the bottom of your screen that says “File downloaded to Downloads folder”.

  6. Go to your ‘Downloads’ folder to access your records!

Please note that once your records come off of the Dot Health platform, we assume no responsibility for them or their distribution.
